I knew it was going to happen. I'm not happy with myself right now. This time of year is bad. The weather turns colder, the nerve damage I have is aggravated making it more difficult to move around and I end up not burning off as many calories, find it harder to cut my calorie intake and BAM, the scale begins to move in the wrong direction.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
