Day one of the "say bye bye to 25 lb weight in 40 days" challenge and I'm excited. Sticking with the vegetarian diet because I am seeing great results within the past few weeks. Thinking of minimum 30 minutes of cardio on the elliptical and 15 minutes minimum toning, free weights, core work. A little extra on the scale today, but that is to be expected for a few days... pesky bloat and water weight. I think I may take some before and after shots for the challenge.
