O.k. it is 2011 and I gained 12 pounds back from the holidays. I did not work out plus I did not cut calories. So from December 22 till January 2nd I put on weight. I am starting the cutting calories again for a month and going back to working out on Tuesday January 4th. Motivation is the key...
