Yay what a surprise, I have been at 124/126 for a few weeks and bam, 122 hit me last night before i went to bed.. I thought aww its a fluck it will be back up tomorrow.. nope! 122 this morning so its official! Keeping carbs @ low to no, no more than 20 usually less then 10. Feeling absolutely WONDERFUL!
