This is during the holiday season and my holiday vacation. I am back on track now, I just needed to enjoy the holiday with everyone else and I haven't really been following my gym program the last month. I started going back to the gym on a regular basis and running a little at home on the treadmill and playing Just Dance with my daughter on the Wii. I will catch back up and lose the weight I gained by the end of the month.
200.8 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 50.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
