I have two New Years Resolutions:
1. Hit 115lbs 2. Replace all sodas with water or tea
Rewards: 1. Breast Implants 2. Nose Job 3. Botox 4. Juvederm
How I am going to accomplish these goals:
Monday-Friday Big healthy breakfast healthy snacks throughout day go hungry by dinner and don't eat at bedtime
Saturday and Sunday Detox days
How I am going to be accountable:
Weight in EVERYDAY and record weight

Still to go: 14.2 lb.
Diet followed poorly.
