I have been consistant with my meal plan and maintaining my focus on a high saturated fat meal plan. Weight fluctuates between 145-150. I carried 60 lbs into the Caribou wilderness and lived on smoked sausages (2 lbs), pepperoni rope (1lb), 1000 day aged gouda cheese (.5 lb), Manchego cheese(.5 lb), brazil and macadamia nuts, pistachios and walnuts, almonds and pecans, cherries and prunes, all totaling about 2 lbs for a.m. and noonish snacks. And of course, 2 - 8 oz cartons of cream for morning coffee. Sounds like alot when it is all out there.
