Worked hard and stayed on diet this week. Cardio on elliptical then toning afterward. Sauna suit is helping significantly. Staying hydrated with plenty of water during workout and throughout the day. Slept a little more today and feeling refreshed. Thinking of yoga or pilates today. Feeling accomplished :)
182.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 52.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
