I don’t get it!! Frustrating. I have been watching what I am eating. Getting more exercise abs drinking a ton of water.
287.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.0 lb a week

You may be gaining muscle while losing fat so pay more attention to your inches for awhile. Remember that muscle weighs more than fat AND the more muscle you the more fat you burn throughout the day - even while you are resting! Don’t give up

Don’t listen to gymbunny - at your weight, and over that time scale, it’s not muscle gain. I know it can be frustrating, but try to keep track of your calorie intake and maybe try measuring servings with a scale. Also keep in mind that salt and carb intake have a huge effect on how much water your body holds on to. Don’t lose your motivation, it’s a long and slow road! I wish you well 🙏

keep at it, don't get discouraged. Sometimes I found I would stall during weight loss as well and with a few minor adjustments got back on track. The more you move around the better too.

Water weight & muscle gain !! And depending if you’re getting your time of the month, this is fine. Happens!
