In order to keep focused this week, I'll put this goal in writing: 189.4 lb or less on the morning of Monday, November 23. As a fasted weight, that'll be just shy of my lowest weight in this course of weight loss, and 1 lb lower than yesterday morning's fasted weight.

In fact that's my standing goal until I reach my target weight: each Monday, at least 1 lb lower than the week before. That means my target weight is a maximum of 16 weeks away.
