I was doing so well till my friend's birthday on Valentine's Day. I ate one piece of cake and it all went downhill from there. The result is a 3 lb. gain. Oh joy!! I'm so discouraged...I can't seem to get back to where I was. I feel like I'm stuck. I'm going to start Jillian's (the one from Biggest Loser) 30-day shred. I can view the workouts on my OnDemand at home. The workouts are about 20 minutes, so I have time for that. This new dog of mine just takes up all my time when I'm at home. He won't let me do anything. I really do feel like I have a child. I'm going to get that workout in today if it kiils me.
Back to my fatsmash way of eating today...I want to look good for summer...oh, and I'm recording my album on April 16-17th. I would really like to be in shape by then. Keep your fingers crossed!

Girl you can do this! You are one of the most energized people I have met on this site. Having a puppy is like having a kid. We just got a new one back in September and we say he's going through his "teenage" stages right now. It is tough when you get down on the ground w/them and try to exercise, they think you just became their toy! Good luck and my fingers are crossed for you!

I am so with you on this whole thing right now, but I know you can do this! I know how hard it is, for some reason right now, but we need to push ourselves! You have such a great outlook on things and I know if you push yourself you will have great success!!!! Keep your chin up and good luck on the recording!
