ok, after pigging out on needs yesterday. this is the number from my Ortho appointment. I just have to weigh in when I get home, and go from there. Pool tonight, so there's that. Have a great night every one!👍
293.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 28.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
