25.4% fat. Did New Rules Stage 1, Workout A. It was nice, but when I got in the house, I had to help the kid make "apple pie" and by the time I was done helping, I wasn't hungry for a nutritious protein shake. Oh well, live 'n learn. I think that next time I will make my shake before I even go out to work out, so that I'm not tempted by whatever's going on when I get home.
