Really tried adding some exercise. In the past two weeks I did a 6km jog and 28km cycling in total. Weekends only. Happy with the loss.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 26.2 lb.    Still to go: 42.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.1 lb a week
