I have decided to start from scratch. My plan is to eat a healthy diet and walk. I will add other activities as my back gets better. This week's goal is 5000 aerobic steps.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
