For the past several months I have been working 12 hours a day and mostly 5 days a week. There has been little time for anything other than work, house cleaning, and cooking. The time of this job has come and gone, and I must say I can now breathe a sigh of relief. It's time to focus and get my life back in order. I know that I haven't had time to work on my weight loss goals or keep track of meals and fitness, but I was certainly working hard during this time and will not allow myself to feel guilty. I may not weigh less, but have lost inches and firmed up a bit. Here we go. Lets do this!
