Back on track and feeling great! Getting through the full day on a regular meal plan took some effort. Naturally, I've been stuffing my face for the last week, so the regular alotted food intake does not seem to be enough. :) Around 2 in the afternoon, I thought that my stomach was going to implode in hunger pains. (Okay - just a little dramatic) A cup of hot herbal tea and a glass of ice water did the trick to get me through to dinner. I have problems with snacking while preparing dinner. I'm working to nip that in the butt this week.

This morning I'm more hungry than normal. A small trick that I learned is oatmeal and an extra cup of coffee will get you through those hungry mornings without breaking the calorie budget.

Wednesday night is our night to eat out... this requires all day for me to plan what I'm eating, so I don't order the juicy burger or chocolate cake always showcased on the menus. I'm excited - I think we're going to have chicken fajitas tonight!
195.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
