Well no weight loss this week but I'm not surprised cuz I did not eat the best this week. So I'm glad I didn't gain any weight. This week is a new week and I will be better!!
160.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
