This diet is awesome when followed precisely and really not bad just used as a guideline. What I mean is, I did this during the week pretty well but fell off the wagon most weekends because I'm still working on that whole willpower thing. I'm hoping to lose another 15 pounds within the next 4 weeks so I'm going to try to do my best this month...wish me luck!
179.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week
