Well today I went to the gym and walked 30 minutes and lost 90 calories. I am building up my time and this is just the second day of going to the gym and so far I’ve come from 220 to 215.8. I hope walking let’s me lose more weight. I also have a weight lifting regimen.
215.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 115.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.4 lb a week
