I had a trainer tell me about a year and a couple months ago that I wouldn't be able to make it to my goal of 135Lbs.. So aiming for 140Lbs would be the best for me with my life style and having two kids. I am laughing in side now, and maybe a little mad that I spent a better part of $1000 for him to tell me I couldn't do it. But hear I am only 3 1/2 Lbs to go... All it took was some time and dedication.
138.3 lb Lost so far: 5.7 lb.    Still to go: 3.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
