Fell off the whole 30this weekend a bit...and I am paying for it! Emotons high, stomach hurts, and I feel blah! Popcorn, pop, dark chocolate, and chips! Oh and some hot dogs...no buns, but still!
I also tried a new recipe at work that had legumes, molasses and coconut milk in it. Delicious, but I don't think my digestive system thought so!
Lesson learned!
