Oh Well...I gained 1 lb Big Deal!. I ate like a farmers Cow over the Christmas holidays. I cheated in ways unknown to human kind. I ate everything that I was not supposed to eat. Chicken, Turkey, Ham, Fish, Pork, Mutton, Duck, Turtle...OMG Plus Cakes, Roasted Corn, Yams, Pastries of all kind. My Flour and Starch intake was sky high. Not to mention all the ice cream and sugary treats. I drank Vodka, Whiskey, Scotch and beer by the liter. I did Over indulge. I still have more eating to do for the remainder of this week. But as of January 1, 2011 I am going back to my strict routine of diet and exercise. For now I'm gonna just enjoy life a little. Christmas comes but once a year.
