I feel like I am adding muscle. I will be patient and carry on. It feels great to feel healthier, even though I have a long way to go. First goal will be to exit the obese category and it is coming.
213.5 lb Lost so far: 35.5 lb.    Still to go: 33.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
