I did my first strength activity in many years. I had forgotten how much I enjoy the rhythmic repetition and focus of strength training. I started with light weights and many reps to ease into things but it really felt good! Later I will walk/run to finish up a great day.
213.5 lb Lost so far: 35.5 lb.    Still to go: 33.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
