What I ate yesterday:

Breakfast: Pumpkin spiced donut (half)

Lunch: Salad with chicken

Dinner: Bean sprouts and Wakame(sea weeds) Salad with Sesame Dressing, Natto with Flaxseed meal and Dikon radish sprouts, Tofu+Kale+Shiitake Mushrooms sauté and Nuts(no pic)

My husband sometimes bring goody to his office. He ordered delivery from donuts shop. We received at 8 O’clock yesterday morning. He ordered extra for me as well. We ate it half with coffee. That was really good! I recalled “ Twin Peaks” TV drama in early 90’s. To be exact, that was Cherry pie and coffee. Did you like that drama?
101.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
