So last night I dove into bags of salt and vinegar potato chips. Did a taste test on Wegmans bandage Kettle- kettle wins.

The salt really F’d up my sleep last night with night sweats.
182.3 lb Lost so far: 0.7 lb.    Still to go: 22.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
