Hoping to get it right this time round.

Target weight is 54kg. I don't even remember weighing this amount in my life.

So now I start my journey to lose 38kg.
why on a Friday? well, nothing better than the present, and with the weekend upon us, it will def test my will power.

here's to the new me, I hope to see on the 30th November 2013.

yes, yes 12 weeks. Who can ever lose that amount in 12 weeks.

well there is nothing wrong with at least giving it a try.
202.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 83.8 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
