I give up 😭 I've done everything right this past week and I've gone up a fair bit
420.0 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 120.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Remember that with women hormone changes make us retain water, keep up the good work and you're likely to see a good drop in one or two weeks time, don't get discouraged
