Not setting the world alight, but a 4lb loss is better than a gain.

Especially as I made a 'making you feel better after a bad day at work cake' for my wife.

Specifically a lemon sponge cake with lemon buttercream icing.

I did only have a little slice though!
263.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 53.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
