Feeling bloated but guess at this age I’m happy still feel it fairly regularly 🤣
Also ate quite a lot of grapes yesterday that went unlogged. They were soooo good 😋
175.4 lb Lost so far: 34.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Maybe that’s why you’re bloated, grapes can cause bloating & gas. They are good though 🍇

That could be part of it, it’s also that time of the month. I’ll lay off the grapes for a few days lol. Thanks for letting me know, I wasn’t aware of this.
