How do you measure your body fat? almost like you, i weigh 76k's, but i'm pretty sure my body fat is not the same lol, but i would love to know so I could also use that as a form of record.

My personal trainer does it. she uses calipers and some fancy electronic scale. I dont think it is 100% accurate but gives you a general idea. It's probaly better to use your BMI as a more realistic measure.

If you dont have the calipers or scale, try use your BMI to roughtly estimate you body fat based on your height and weight. you work it out by:
BMI = Mass (in kg) divided by height (in m2).
The accepted BMI categories are stated as being:
• Underweight = <18.5
• Normal weight = 18.5 to 24.9
• Overweight = 25 to 29.9
• Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
Hope this helps. My own sentiment is not to get too caught up with body fat percentage but rather how my clothes are fitting and how I feel when I look in the mirror.
