I hope everyone had a great weekend! I did, but I didn't do well. There was too much food and not enough movement. I'm hoping I can do a workout tonight since my alarm didn't go off this morning. I was lucky my internal clock told me to get up or I would have been late today.

This week I'm going to do some easier workouts for my break between Turbo Fire and doing a hybrid of Turbo Fire, P90X, and Insanity. I'm also not going to weigh myself until Oct. 1st, and I'm going to start trying to focus more on getting more protein and fiber and staying within my calorie goal. I'm not starting off well though, I've already eaten a donut today and we had muffins yesterday, so I'll have to watch myself the rest of the week. Part of my problem this week will be that I rushed myself at the grocery store and didn't buy enough fruits and veggies, so next week hopefully I'll have a better plan.

You're so funny! Altho not keeping to "plan" isn't funny, is it? I've been eating correctly but have actually soared back up to 140! I did drop to 135 and was overjoyed but, for whatever reason, weight didn't stay off! Last night I was so depressed that when hubby went for a hamburger I had one too along with a large chocolate shake! Was worth the pounds as it looks as tho I'm not gonna lose them anyway and I enjoyed every bite/sip! OK, today I was good...Six glasses of water and a small salad for lunch....
