I dropped a pound! yay! gotta keep up with exercise and diet! hopefully I can keep it off by next week. As Christmas is here and family, and always eat to much. I read an article that when people excersize before breakfast in the morning, there insulin levels remain stable after stuffing themselves with calories. So I'm gonna try to do my pilates everyday in the morning. It's not vigorous like in the test but it's better than nothing!
