Not surprised. Between not exercising all last week and eating out approximately once a day and drinking quite a bit of booze, I'm lucky not to've gained more than I did. Back home now, time to get back on the workout wagon.
177.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 30.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
