So, I took the weekend off after hitting 230.6 last week. I ate terribly but it wasn't that bad I guess. Today was an even bettwr surprise to see 229. I also had one of the best workouts I have had in weeks yesterday, that was awesome. I am a little sore this morning but that is a good thing.
229.2 lb Lost so far: 65.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
