Think I need to reduce daily calories, average of 1970 per day this week and less than a 2lb drop. Anyone recommend a good way to work out what you need to maintain your weight?
209.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
