finally got my rear in gear with the exercise, now the thing is to keep going and to slowly build up. but it seems to be working, had a good weigh in this week, encourages me to keep going. since i started WW in sept.(20 weeks)i am now down 41.4lbs.
210.2 lb Lost so far: 26.8 lb.    Still to go: 60.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 4.2 lb a week
