Far too much fat in the diet this week with not enough exercise. Problems with my knee has slowed things down, but hope to get back at it this week. Slow & steady is always better than nothing at all; at least I'm trying!
161.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 46.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
