One pound more. Very slo. However if I cut more from RDI I might get hungry, which for me is a fatal mistake. So I'll take the 1/2 lb each week. All in all, I feel good and positive.
202.5 lb Lost so far: 22.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
