I didn't make horrible choices this week, except for a few things (chipotle & chips and dip one night). I just need to focus on writing my stuff down, and remember why I am losing this weight! I will do much better this week.
203.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 43.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
