Happy with my small loss. 🙂
163.6 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 31.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I hope no one else agrees that it's a small loss. cause if someone loses less than you, sees you've had 'a small loss' when it's actually a hefty loss, then they might think they're not doing as well. Users posts can be very influential on FS.

Thanks yasmine15585. I’ve never thought of it that way. When I put my 1st weight in at 80kg it was based on the last time I weighed myself before we went into lockdown. Then I started FS and still did not have a scale to weigh myself. I got a scale and put in my true weight which was 76.9kg. After 2 weeks I weighed again and got a loss of 1.5kg that is why I said I’m happy for a small loss. It wasn’t my intention to upset anyone. I will try to be more careful with my word choice in the future. 🙂🙂👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
