SCREW 120!!!!

I'm doing it all right, except something has happened that I don't like.....Before I could eat teh right amount of calories of WHATEVER and as long as it was the right number...no problem.


NOW if it's not healthy calories...my body knows and leaves me at 120! can you say ANNOYED WITH AGING!!!

CRAP!

oh- forgot to mention I'm way pms...lol! Anyone want to warn my husband! EH- he's got valium to dispense when he thinks I am in need! It's really his own self defense! lol

120.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm between 5'6 and 5'7". My mom (who needs to lose 30 lbs) would say I need to gain 5-10 lbs but my Dad who is ALSO an athlete AND aware of his physique understands what it takes to be thin AND maintain muscle by being 10-15% Bodyfat. You are asking your body to do something it naturally fights you on tooth and nail.
