I'm still not eating enough so that weight loss isn't exactly a victory in my opinion.

I'm trying hard to focus my mind on this being a life style change but not becoming my life. I feel myself becoming obsessive. :(
123.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 31 August 2013:
751 kcal Fat: 19.58g | Prot: 51.61g | Carb: 102.43g.   Breakfast: Regular Coffee, Pineapple, Cottage Cheese (Low Fat, 1% Milkfat, Lactose Reduced). Lunch: Golding Farms Fat Free Raspberry Walnut Vinegarette, Cauliflower, Apples, Broccoli, Lettuce. Dinner: Boiled Egg, Egg White, Apples. Snacks/Other: Balance Bar Yogurt Honey Peanut, Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk. more...
