Still going over my calories but I am logging everything, so that’s helping. I’m going to go back to intermediate fasting. That worked really well for me when I was losing steadily. Glad to finally see a loss and not a gain. I know why I’m gaining. I need keep my mandible elevated more often.
157.2 lb Lost so far: 26.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
