On a roll :) I did excellent yesterday. Trying to take this one day at a time. I haven't been sleeping good lately, but last night I took a Melatonin and I slept like a BABY for 11 solid hours! I feel refreshed. Yesterday I walked a half-mile warm up, then jogged a mile, then a half mile cool-down. I really liked it and believe I will make that a routine. Anyone have any recommendations of good running music? I'm so sick of my own play list. I need something pretty up-beat! And I honestly like every style of music.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 49.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Jogging a mile is awesomeeeee!!!! Good for you!! HI HEATHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm around guys but needed less talk and more action for myself ;-)

Great job on the run!! As for the running music, go to jog.fm and you can put in an approximate mile pace and it will give you songs that will give you a good beat to maintain your pace - I've found great song ideas there and they give you a good variety!
