Refocused!
The last few kgs are challenging... But I won't be discouraged. The things that's most different to me this time losing weight, is that I'm not looking forward to the end, being done. I've finally realized that this is a lifestyle, it's about living life with balance... 20 years later👌
192.9 lb Lost so far: 79.6 lb.    Still to go: 20.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
