I'm not sure why my weight keepos fluctuating so much, but it's no big deal, I'm just going to keep trying and keep pushing. I ate too many carbs this week so I probably gained the couple pounds I lost last week.... but omg muffins and pizza buns!

Successes: I did make a delicious and healthy eggplant lasagna with little cheese, and no pasta (eggplant instead of pasta), so that was great!
183.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
