So I gained a pound from yesterday. Is it water weight bouncing things about or am I revving up for my next period? I think that may be likely from looking at my chart. I just wish I would lose weight steadily instead of being in a holding pattern for three weeks and then losing a bunch all in the space of a week. It's nerve-wracking.
