Hoping this is the beginning of a downward trend. Had a bit of a work anxiety/boredom pretzel and chocolate bobble yesterday, but today is a new day 😊
151.3 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 21.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
